Where is my order confirmation?

The moment your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If you don’t receive an email, check your Spam or Updates folders and add hello@stixandroses.com to your safe sender list. 

When will my order ship?

Our exclusive pre-order collections launch on the 1st day of each month. These limited styles are available to shop until the 15th of that month. Shopping closes on the 15th and all orders will ship by the 25th. 

All in stock orders are shipped within 2-3 business days from order placement, unless noted otherwise (please see product details for made to order items or limited release pre-orders).

For all US shipping, your package will arrive 3-10 days of the date it was shipped, depending on where you live in the US. As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information for your package. Please note, tracking information is not available for international orders. Orders shipping internationally may take longer than expected due to circumstances beyond our control. You will receive a “Cancelled Order” notification if there is any reason your order may be delayed or cancelled. Sorry, but orders will not be shipped on the weekends or holidays. 

How do I track my package after it has been shipped?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking confirmation number. Use this number to track your package. This excludes international orders. 

Does STIX AND ROSES ship internationally?

Yes, we do! We ship all orders via USPS. However, international tracking is not available.

I changed my mind and want to cancel my order, how do I do that?

Sorry, but once we’ve fulfilled and shipped your items, we cannot cancel or make any changes to your order. 

Why was my order canceled?

While it’s rare, sometimes certain items will suddenly become out of stock and no longer be available. If this does occur, we will notify you within 24-28 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order. 

How do I use a promo code?

Add your selections to your shopping bag and continue to checkout. On the right-hand side, click on ‘Have a promo code?’ then, type in the code and hit ‘Apply.’ Your promotion code will be automatically applied to your order and will be reflected in your order total. The amount of your discount will be listed in the ‘Promotions’ line. Please be advised that promo codes cannot be applied to previous purchases and only one can be used per order. Other exclusions may apply.

Something I bought went on sale the next day - Can I still use the promo code?

Sorry, promo codes cannot be used on previous purchases. To get first dibs on sales, promos, and more, sign up for our newsletter!

Can I use more than one promo code on an order?

Sorry, only one discount code can be applied to each order.

Can I return items that were purchased on sale?

 All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How do I wash my Stix and Roses clothing? 

We recommend an environmentally friendly dry clean or a gentle hand wash with a environmentally friendly cleaner such as DoTerra OnGuard natural detergent. Always air dry and steam to remove wrinkles.
